You have an ill-placed question mark on that page. Would this be a good time to ask if you guys need help with copy editing? I've noticed numerous typos and grammatical inconsistencies in the materials I've obtained. Nothing game-breaking of course, just little things.

I'm an English Major and roleplayer of 25 years, with a bent towards the creative (and an experience DM/GM and soon to be CK). Need extra editing help with your materials? I guarantee you I'll find every typo and grammar faux-paux in your pre-production documents.

*smiles* Its been brought up once or twice, but I'll be sure to alert Steve so he can add your name to the long list of volunteers...many who he's never heard from again.

I'm around and not going anywhere, would be up for some edit work on the side. Email is alcahaelas@hotmail.com

I'm turning 40 next month (not a kid fresh out of highschool all hyped up on Red Bull and pipe dreams) so theoretically a tiny bit more reliable. Though I suppose that's up to subjective analysis.

But seriously, what I've read so far of the materials I recently purchased looks pretty good except for the glaring typos and other inconsistencies that take a bit away from otherwise nice products. Just a little spit shine makes a big difference.

Just kidding, Alcahaelas.

Actually I'm gauche (awkward or left "handed"), but I can use a sword in either hand. But which hand to hold a main-gauche? Either or both for me.

What was the question, sorry?

hmmm, Serlerlan, deux amants du bel francais!

Gotta work on my French, which is mostly derived from reading. My written French is atrocious! [indeed, my favorite opening line used to win over French colleagues is to say "S'il vous plait, vouz me pardonnez mon accent atroce" - that is, 'please forgive my atrocious accent'. Humility gets one - or at least me - everywhere].

but, back on thread, all these new releases are very exciting. Je m'interesse a tous!

After reading Steve's new blog tonight I guess my Eastmark Folio didn't get shipped because no ones got shipped yet.

I assumed since I didn't request a signed version that mine would have shipped normally. I guess I was wrong.

So I'll wait another week before I get worried about it.

The East Mark Folio is being packaged now, and Treebore, I think you got a signed one whether you want it or not. ha. If you don't want it scribbled on, let me know.

I'm not a collector, but I would love to have it scribbled on by Gary. I'm actually a little mad at myself for forgetting to ask you guys to scribble on our new PH's.

Between the alternating journal/supplement releases from AGP and the possibility of Crusader going monthly, I'll be one happy CK !!!

How will that affect those of us with subscriptions?

Also, I ordered my subscription with the box set for the 12 days of Xmas sale. When should I expect my first issue? I have to admit I have no notion of the schedule.

Um... I'm not sure anyone really knows. With Crusader 8, I would say sooner rather than later. I think there was mention of an official announcement coming soon which will probably better answer those questions. Unless I'm imagining things again!

Har! with us early subscribers, it took 3 years to get the first 6 delivered.. and you only "ONLY" ordered at christmas!!! oh, these impatient kids these days
I have no idea. I look at the schedule of the crusader much like El Ninio. nobody really has any idea when next it will appear, until it's appeared.

Cheers,

I'm not impatient, I just honestly had no clue how long it would take. Especially since it's not a monthly.

Back in my day, we had to try to roll natural 20's on a d12, AND WE LIKED IT THAT WAY!

If the subscription issues are ironed out, I will most definitely get one. And the magazine going monthly would be a dream.

Think how many people would subcribe to the Crusader if it was a monthly mag? I have a funny fealing it would be a nice, fair amount. Is the cost of producing the mag 12 times per year, based on the number of subscriptions that could be gained worth the risk... I hope so!
