Aihdre: After Winter's Dark Folio shipping charges to UK

I wish to take advantage of the "Aihdre: After Winter's Dark Folio" discount, but when I go to PayPal and enter my location as UK, it tells me the postal charges are $0.00.
Thus, how should us overseas buyers go about this?
Also, to anyone who has purchased direct from TLG and shipped to the UK, were you slugged import duty?
It may be that after shipping and possible duty, it's cheaper to buy it full price from a UK distributor.
