True Lies

So you know those stories that sound made-up but are actually true? No one believes you when you tell them, they're that fantastical.
I was driving a cab for a local company that I am friend's with the owner of last night and I heard a pretty amazing tale.
So this guy was walking home from a bar downtown late one night. His last memory of the trip was seeing a guy come leaping from the shadows with a ball bat and then getting struck across the face.
The next morning the police found the both of them laying in a parking lot.
The guy was laying on his back with the spoiler from a car held in his right hand.
In his left hand was a human eyeball.
What the police said happened, was that this guy was beat by the bat repeatedly in the head and torso and he collapsed against the trunk of a car. He then took hold of the spoiler, broke it free from the car, and then with two hands swung it into the mugger's face knocking his eye from its socket. A grapple then ensued and during this the mugger's eyes was totally pulled out. Both men then passed out.
The mugger ended up getting five years in prison for assault with a deadly weapon.
The dude is still a deck-builder, I guess.
Anyhow, I just thought that was super badass.
