I was directed towards this website to check out these minis. Although they are slightly on the smaller size, they are perfect for the game. I bought both sets and will be able to provide a bit more on what I think of them after I get them.
Check them out here:

Cool stuff! The buildings are perfect also. Let me know what you think... I may be ordering them myself.

I'd consider using minis for once.

The family that runs Splintered Light Miniatures are really good people. They have worked hard for their business and are worth every penny you spend on them.

Those are some surprisingly cool looking mini's. I am sorely tempted to get me a samurai too.

Wow. I used to dabble in painting minis. I keep stumbling upon inspiration to get back into the hobby. Add these to the inspiration. Thanks for sharing.

JD Lauck once had an Usagi Yojimbo miniature line that was very cool. They are very hard to come by now, though.

Man, if they had an Usagi Yojimbo line, why couldn't they have ever made a nutant turtle line of minis! Ninja style.

I think there was a company that did make a line of TMNT mini's at one time Omote. Or at least it was thought of;
