subscriptions for Canadians

Now that Issue #6 is rolling around, some of us who have had subscriptions since issue #1 are coming due for renewal.
I think I read somewhere that TLG will not longer be accepting subscriptions from Canadians?
Can we get an official word on the who's, what's and how's regarding renewal, or lack thereof and alternatives if any exist?
here's hoping we don't have to pay 80 bucks for a 6 issue subscription, because we have to order from a UK company.
any word on this would be appreciated.
Thanks
Justin

If that was announced I missed it. I remember there being some problem with shipping to Canada, being held up for weeks at the border, but I didn't catch an announcement saying no Canadian orders would be filled. Is that on the website?

I seem to recall someone from Canada saying that one needs to put a magazine in an envelope to ensure proper delivery. And for the rest of us, I think this is a good idea to prevent trashing of said mag in the mailbox. And yes, I would pay more for a better wrap.

I would love to be able to subscribe but I also appreciate the many problems the trolls have had sending it to a Canadian destination. As such I've been ordering a copy one issue at a time when it shows up at NKG or if I happen to place an order directly from TLG. In fact, I finally got a copy of 5!
The one request I would have is to at least have a simultaneous release on PDF through the usual channels. I've bought them in this format and have them all through to issue 4. Last I checked a few days ago, issue 5 was still not available in PDF yet...

This is how I get my fix too...
Keeping them at least one behind would be good... hint, hint...

This "subscription for Canadians" idea sounds interesting...
Will I receive a new Canadian each month? Can I specify that I would prefer females?

Indeed, I would say yes. Subscriber preference.
Choices - female dwarfs, gnomes or half-orcs.
Enjoy!
