I will be running a C&C game at Rin Con in Tucson, AZ in October, as well as Mongoose Traveller. I am also considering adding a game of Rifts. I have not received the finalized schedule, so do not know which time slots they put me into. I'll update when I know.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
