M&T Artwork Question

On the cover of the Collector's Edition Monsters & Treasure, there is a picture of a demon who holds a very small person (fey?) in it's hand? Where is the original picture for this found ~ an older TLG project? I seem to recall seeing this piece some where, but I can't remember from where.
Thx.
