Thought I'd post a step by step drawing that I just completed. I figured I'd throw in an evil leprechaun since it's close to St. Patty's Day.
Never try and steal an evil leprechaun's pot of gold when he magically controls a shambling mound.

Man, now I have to wait until I get home. For some reason the illustrations don't show up when I'm at work, all I get are the annoying red Xs!

Cause' they taste great yet don't pack the calories of a dwarf or human...my monsters are health conscious and like to look out for their figures.
And thanks cuchulainkevin, wulfgarn and serleran (although I'm not quite sure what a "sto/roper" is, though.)

In AD&D, there are two types of ropers -- the usual one called a Roper, and one called a Storoper. Since I did not know which you had meant it to be (the Storoper is more like rock like since it is a shortened "Stone Roper"), I used a convenient way to indicate both.

Great work! Love the "smile" on the leprechaun, and the roper, or storoper, keeping the halflings mouth shut is hilarious!

Now that's funny. Out of the frying pan and into the fire as it were. If they are going to fall into what I think they are.

Well, they could technically get in the portable hole (which is what they're supposed to be leaping into) and close it before the bulette gets them, then the purple worm would have one heckuva snack with that bulette landing squarely in its maw while the party was snug away in another dimension.
That, or the bulette lands in the portable hole before the party can close it and they have one helluva P.O.'d bulette head thrashing around their 10' cubicle.
