To Steve & Co., time to resist, when the 6th sells through, changing art and dress again just because it's a new printing - same with new M&T and CKG. Sure, clean or correct any newly caught errata, but keep this beautiful new production as THE look of C&C for some time to come.

Yes! I think it is time to have a set Edition for a while. Build out the other C&C products around these 3 very nice books.

I completely agree. My C&C collection looks a bit odd with a 2nd and 5th print PHB, a 1st Print M&T and other books of different printings. A nice uniform look for the next three or so years would help. Personally, I would love to see a more AD&D look to them but I know that would be a turn off to younger players.

AD&D per se is as dead a system as Latin is a language, while the C&C game has much the same spirit and nearly the same mechanics. --Gary Gygax 8/16/06

With my collection having several copies of each printing, in HC and softcover for some of those printings, it looks very uniform in its "oddness".
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Perhaps not. Sometimes what is old is new again. The original AD&D PHB cover is still the most awesome one. :) Really captured the essence of the game.
