Are Magic Arrow like +1 , +2, +3 arrows destroyed when used ?

Yes, unless it says otherwise. A nice Castle Keeper would give an inverted % from 80%: 80 - (+ x 10) for survival... so, a +5 arrow has a 30%, a +4 has a 40%...
