And by any good, I mean does anyone use them (or something similar)? Are they error-free (at first glance I didn't see anything wrong with them)?

I'm looking for some good sheets like this for quick reference.

They appear to be quite accurate. Also, there is a cheat sheet somewhere... I believe on Traveller's site.

I have been informed that the sheets are the Castle Keeper Screen which can, in fact, be found on Traveller' site. The only "negative" is that they have not been updated to 3rd print PHB rules.
