BtH progression

Does BtH progress beyond 12th level?
Yes. Each class has their "epic progression" explained in the CKG, which has not yet been released. One can, logically, deduce the rate of progression based on the first 12 levels, though... so, a 458764329875637984365th level fighter has +458764329875637984365 to hit.
At least, until it is known otherwise.
