Munchkin question: can I use two belts?

Being that I cannot have a sword and one dagger on my belt (3 scabbards) could I use two belts? Or a belt and a Baldric to have th possibility to bring with me at least 3 bladed weapons?

Also, a mace has not a scabbard but obviously I cannot put 10 of them on a belt...

You'd still have to have the allowable encumbrance to do it. The rest is up to your Castle Keeper. If you are the Castle Keeper, then I'd say: yes, you can have two belts, but only one helps. The other is cosmetic.
