Hmm, perhaps I could use this time slot to run a makeup/startup session for my game that I can't seem to be available for!!!

Btw, . . was thinking that a reminder post would be helpful.

Also, perhaps we should have a mod re-title this thread to "Monday Wilderlands/alternative game"!

Thoughts?

Oh, and in case anyone missed it, on Sunday night during Nate's game, Tree said he was hoping to start running Soloman Kane again in 4 weeks (on April 9th).

I gave him the heads up based on yesterday's chat, so you were covered.

As soon as Rigon heard you were out he said: "Whaaat? Game cancelled then. We can't game without Rhuvein!"

I think he felt most of our tactics revolve around you starting brawls by urinating on things, so he knew we couldn't continue without Rhuvein

Hmm, I'm only sorry that Jay and I didn't use said tactics for our PC gnomes back in Tree's game.

Ok, here's the dealy-o. Most of us are interested in playing Mongoose Traveller when Tree starts back up instead of Soloman Kane. I need input from the rest of you guys, Nate, Arrow, and 64bit. Also, we talked about going back to Tuesday nights, if it is a more conveinent night for everyone. Post on here and let me know, so I can pass the info on to Tree.

We are keeping Rigon's C&C Dark Sun as our back up game (until he kills us all) so that will continue when Tree can't make it.

You can look forward to a randomly generated character, just like Traveller is famous for. Some poor beggars don't even survive character creation. If you are lucky, you might get an enemy as one of your character "benefits". Lucky me, I earned two enemies. That's how you roll 'em boys. Rigon immediately volunteered to be one, so first dibs on who else can be my enemy goes to the poster beneath this one!

I know nothing about traveler, but I am interested in learning. However, as I mentioned on Sunday I am under some significant financial pressure at work and work a ton of extra hours. I expect I will be missing a lot of session until the end of this next quarter.

I know Tuesdays would be much easier for me to attend.
