Next week is character creation/startup. Depending on how many have stuff ready. If you need the books there are links to them in the Wikis page.

You may have trouble with your Comcast email. Les had to make a separate yahoo email to get in. Let me know if you don't get the confirmation email from EW in the next day or so. I sent the invite last night.

OK, I setup a yahoo account and got the confirmation immediately - so I'm in EW.

Here's my yahoo email to resend the invite whenever you get a chance:

Thx.

Many thanks, I appreciate you making room for an old buddy gamer. Heck, we're on 13 years or so gaming together. Always glad to roll the dice with you, man!!

Here we go!!!

Like what I'm seeing in 5E, so far. It's been fun putting a character together.

Nate is supposed to be in the game, but he hasn't joined yet and I haven't heard from him. Tree will probably miss the first session. He is in Arizona for Bran's wedding.

So what game will it be this week?

Is it your 1st 5e Ponts of Light game, is it one of the last of Tree's Victory game, or is it going to be the start of Rhian's Fantastical Victory game ?

My father is planning to run as long as Mike can make it. If not he is fine with Chuck running. If Chuck would prefer not to run, I can always get us started with Fantasy Victorious if needed.

I'm ready to run if Tree can't. It would kick off my game sooner than Dec.

BTW, Rigon in his post about not being able to start his 5E game - suggested that someone could run a one off game. Nov 26, I think!

So, I'd be willing if y'all are interested. Twould be a simple C&C 2nd char lvl dungeon crawl.

Or, perhaps Nate (if he's paying attention) could run a 5E session.

Or, we could all get together to discuss 5E rules and such and test our tokens on Maptool (I could run a server to do that and after our tweaks you would save them).

Thoughts?

:)

All options sound good to me.

I'm sure I have a few 2nd level characters laying around for easy play.

A quick run through of 5e rules on a one off or a discussion of the rules with you all that have experience would be helpful

So, I'm in which ever it is

From the epic worlds thread, it sounds like Monday will either be a 1 off C&C game (not sure on the level) or a 5e Q&A session.

Yep, I would be willing to run a 1 off C&C session (2nd lvl chars) or we can chat 5E.

[Decided not to use 5E chars ~ this should be Rigon's intro and glory run for his game]

OK, wasn't sure if I would be up for gaming as I was shoveling snow today.

But, I gotta 2nd wind and just ordered a pizza.

So, you guys feel like gaming - roll up a 2nd lvl char. 4 D6 drop lowest. Roll twice and pick the better score. Max gold and HPS.

Otherwise, 5E chat.

See ya at 8PM central.

Hmm, game start time would be in 4 minutes - so that might explain the no shows from a half hour ago.

But, whatever.

Later all.
