Sooooo much fun here tonight .... 2 cadets melt down, break things, then break their hand punching a wall. On top of the normal "I miss home" issues.
It was a fun session. The party went to the castle to find info on Mordeln father (the ducal prince). They snuck in through a hidden tunnel that Mordeln knew of, fought some rats (Kah-el bite the head off of one and ate it, Barleig swung and missed, again), they put some guards to sleep (and didn't kill any of them). Once in the prince's rooms, they found some info that leads to forest on the border with Pel Brolenon. Mordeln asked the party to go with him to search for his father. They agreed.

A few snafus with my modem, but one combat with a small green dragon. It had 220 gp and a sorcerer (illusionist) scroll with Ward's Temporary Strength spell.

That was 2 weeks ago. But no big deal. We were just getting started with the new part of the adventure.

The internet problems have persisted and have started to get worse. I called the cable company and they are sending out a tech tomorrow morning. Hopefully they can get it fixed.

Apparently, the modem was on recall and no on at the cable company bother to tell me. So, I got a new modem and a new line from the outside junction box to the house. Let's see if that fixes it.

Rig,

I will be unable to make tonight's game due to extended hours at work tonight. Take care, man!

Fun game last night, we did really well clearing out that goblin nest. Hopefully now Zan the pseudodragon can live peacefully. Now let's see if he makes good on his promise ;)

Also, we now have two rottweilers to consider.

Rgr that. Great game!

I was worried when all the spell slingers were tapped out, then REAL worried when I stepped into the path of 7 javelins ! And, I was real real real worried when everyone started shooting arrows at the goblins with me keeping them blocked in the 5 ft wide tunnel. I was sure I'd end up with an arrow or 3 in my back

Loved the last fight with me and the goblin leader trading blows for 3 rounds. to bad someone got bored and stuck an arrow in him Oh well, one day I'll get to finish a duel worthy of my time ;)

As for the 2 dogs, I know there will be one vote for eating them! :)

Do you have a good recipe for making jerky out of them? We killed a few already, be a shame to let all that good meat go to waste.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Sooooo close to 3rd level!

I just realized I'll miss the next game. I'll be flying back from my brother's wedding on the 14th.

Use Lupa as needed (and remember that his AC is only that good when he is fighting defensively ! )

Both of those are better options than dog off the bone in the middle of the fight!

Good session! It was a great change of pace to see one of our plans get almost flawlessly executed, and taking out so many enemies.

I updated the exp on the first page. In the storage shed, in a strong box, you found 1016 gp in coins, 15 gems worth 50 gp each, 4 extraordinary items worth 50 gp each. The head cleric was wearing a suit of +2 banded mail.
