Interest in a Cortex Classic game

Post by slimykuotoan »

My two favorite systems are C&C for fantasy, and Cortex for anything modern to sci-fi related.

That say'd, I'm looking to drum up interest in a Cortex game. Essentially, you have a die type for an ability, and a die type for a skill. You roll these two dice, add up the total, and look to beat a target number.

The game can run any genre or story, and without classes, players can customize their characters as they wish, purchasing whichever skills they like with experience gained.

I'm flexible as to time and genre, and would consider everything from ninja turtles to supers, to whatever (although C&C would be my choice for fantasy).

So if the above tickles your fancy at all, please post a response.

Happy gaming. :)

Interest? Yes. Time? No. :(
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael
