Hey that works for me. That way I can blame my characters death on fatigue.

I can probably pull Thursdays up until mid-November, then I'll be unable to continue on those days until after Christmas due to a change in my work schedule. I can do Fridays without any problems since I won't have to work them during the Christmas rush. I work nights, so these will be breakfast games for me.

Your in the Friday group. Dangerdwarf has started a thread for the Friday group to talk and plan.

This is just I6, so the game could last an hour or until you guys win. I expect a maximum of four 3 hour sessions.

Yes, I edited it into the OP. 90,000 GP, nothing better than +3.

So everyone, go back and read the OP for anything I added in edits.

ACK

Im going to have to swap nights if its possible

My wife birthday falls on a friday this year (yes, i know I should have checked before)

so Ill have to swap to another night, thursday would be the best, but I suppose I can swing pretty much any day as long as we start at 9pm EST

if its not possible, ill have to drop from the game(as much as it pains me to say it) or miss the second session (or at least part thereof, depending on what my wife wants to do for her birthday)

sorry guys

Why don't you ask her? She'll probably be touched that your thinking of her Birthday this far in advance and women tend to be far more cooperative when you give them a lot of warning and let them make the decision.

Treebore. I'm not going to be able to play. I'm just too damn scared. I've been having nightmares for the last two weeks. Oh, wait... That's my employer.

Actually, I've just gotten very busy and will not have the time as I thought I would.

I apologize if this messes up one of your games.

Maybe when things cool off I'll have another chance to jump in.

Nope, not a problem. I had been recruiting reserves for this very reason, so your slot will go to the first reserve player.

Treebore,

I too am going to have to bow out, to my intense frustration. I have been handed a bunch of work stuff that is going to make it hard for me to grab any free time. I'm sorry to have strung you along, but I hope you can find some other meat, er players.

next time, I hope!

Already had someone in reserve. Now I better find some more reserve players.

Cool. I can wait to play this. If any of you out there have a thread in the Friday's game, let me know. I;ll check back. If the Fridays group needs a certain type of class/player, I can do that, just let me know.

Well, it looks like Friday the 12th is a no go for me, its the only day we will be able to go out and celebrate my wifes birthday.

I would still love to play however, so if there is a slot on another night, or if someone on another night wants to swap nights with me, id be more than happy to switch nights.

OK, I'll see if someone in the Thrusday group can move to Fridays, and you take their slot.

Tentatively 6 PM PST. Which is 9 PM EST. But I am able to be as flexible as the group can be.

A quick question.

Is it straight up 9th level or is it an experience amount.

I ask because with the classes all balanced differently, the XP of a 9th level fighter would make a 10th level rogue.

Straight up 9th level. If someone is suicidal enough to play a Rogue I'll probably be kind enough to give them false hope with letting them be 10th level.

yeah, I actually want people to "beat" my Ravenloft, so I am trying to steer people towards high AC's, lots of spellcasting, lots of healing, and lots of ability to hit, and hit hard.

9th level parties have been destroyed before, but I think they are the level with the spell depth, spell power, and fighter toughness, to pull it off without it becoming likely to succeed.

If none of the groups survive and win this year I'll likely consider 10th or 11th level next year.

Would a Monk character be strong enough to play in the Ravenloft game?

Don't know. MAybe, as long as the AC is over 20.
