Last night I spent a few hours making up the NPCs for Gag Men's upcoming Victorious adventure module "Broadmoor Asylum: A World Gone Mad". After some chatting with Mr. Kirkly over there we decided to increase the number of SuperMankind villains available in the module from 4 to 13 (!)...with rules for players to run one of the "less" crazy villains if they wish.

13 keyboard is acting funny and my fingers hurt!
