Victorious product line?

Post by finarvyn »

Hey, Mike -- As a guy who missed the kickstart for Victorious, I feel somewhat out of the loop on what products are coming soon and which ones are planned and was hoping for an update.

(1) I know there is a quickstart rules/adventure out already.
(2) I know there is a core rulebook out in PDF with print copy hopefully on its way soon.
(3) I believe you mentioned some fiction as well. (In the "Capes and Clockwork" thread...)

What's out there? What's the plan?

Hey Finarvyn,
finarvyn wrote:Hey, Mike -- As a guy who missed the kickstart for Victorious, I feel somewhat out of the loop on what products are coming soon and which ones are planned and was hoping for an update.

(1) I know there is a quickstart rules/adventure out already.

***There's 3 adventures out there for free. There's the QS with the "Hyde & Seek" adventure (also in the rulebook), a QS with the NYC adventure "Clockwork Crimes", and the Gag Men put out a module called "A World Gone Mad." The latter has about 14 villains in it too, as residents of the asylum.***

(2) I know there is a core rulebook out in PDF with print copy hopefully on its way soon.

***Yup. Dunno about print ETA though.***

(3) I believe you mentioned some fiction as well. (In the "Capes and Clockwork" thread...)

***Yup, though that's through Dark Oak Press not TLG. Another may be coming out soon too, but I don't want to detail that until I know for sure.***

What's out there? What's the plan?
***The product that was for KS backers are as follows:

* Victorious rulebook
* Genteel Magistrate's Screen
* Gallery of Phantasmagoria, a NPC book with 38 Heroes, Villains, and Neutrals.
* Hunter & Hunter Catalog for the Discriminating Gentleman or Lady: A Steampunk gear book with personal weapons, gadgets, and vehicles including the Nautelis and Martian Tripod.
* Manifest Destiny: A supplement guidebook for the 1890s United States.
* Rule Britannia: A supplement and guidebook for the 1890s Great Britain.
* V1: A Night for Jackals, an adventure for levels 1-3 based off the events in the "Hyde & Seek" adventure.

AFAIK, Manifest Destiny just left the editors, and RB and V1 are the only things left. I don't know about the status of the other books in layout/art. I *think* Phantasmagoria is digitally out, but don't know about the others.***

Hope this helps,

Mike

It does. I can't wait to get ahold of this, so I hope it shows up on the Trolls' storefront soon! :D

Oops... Sorry Finarvyn, forgot to mention

"* Genteel Magistrate's Screen"

...in the upcoming Victorious lineup. I've added it to my list above.
