I can happily report that we have secured booths at both Origins and Gencon. Hope to see you all there!

Couple of questions about the C&C Complete Set:

1.) Will it be available at conventions (such as Origins :))?

2.) Will it ever be available at Amazon?

What is the current status of "Amazing Adventures" (Pulp Siege)? Do you have a rough ETA for release? I'm really looking forward to it!

I'll be running some C&C at both conventions. I believe I have some demo booths at Origins I need to enlist people to aid me with!

This is still on target for a Gencon release!

I posted this on another thread, but this seemed a better place for it.

First, I'm quite impressed with the quality of material of the new CKG. However, the printing quality in my hardcover copy is terrible. The artwork looks horrible, and the gray shading used in tables is not uniform. It's really one of the worst print jobs I've seen in a finished product. Did I get a bad copy, or do they all suffer from poor print quality (in comparison my copy of the Players Handbook has excellent print quality).

To drive home my point here, when I got my PHB a couple years ago my first reaction was the quality of the print and the book. While B&W the artwork is excellent in the PHB. When I got the CKG my first reaction was how terrible it looked. In terms of print quality these books are polar opposites!

Yeah, I posted this concern as well. Every time I open the book, I am giddy over the content. 8-)

However, the quality of the print is sub par in my copy. For example, a table will have several shades of grey/black through out. Seemed like it 1/2 of the page is dull and the other 1/2 is dark.... :(

Hey there, my group is getting ready to run C&C again (I get to play, not run this time!)

We'll all be at Gen Con....what sort of goodies can we expect for sale at the TLG booth? I know I want one of the C&C Completes if you'll have them...

The new maps of Airdhe will be there along with the CKG of course. Some new modules are likely. Im not 100 percent about the Completes, but I would think that Steve would bring some. And I THINK Engineering Castles will be there, but not 100 percent on that one right now either.

Since we are on the subject, I have a group that is looking for Players Handbooks. Any idea what the price tag may be ath Gen Con? I got a great deal last year. I need to know because they are giving me cash to bring with me.

Thanks!

I am hoping that the landscape hardback screens will be there at GenCon. I know the hardback portrait style ones were at Origins, and Steve said he didn't have time to get the landscape versions around for the con. I am assuming they will be at GenCon, so heres to hoping!

At GenCon, Steve mentioned that the Adventurer's Backpack was also at the top of the To Do list, and a new Codex. I would rather have a new Codex, but the AB would sell much better I am sure. I failed to ask about the new monster book though, which I am looking forward to in a big way.

Under the Master of Shadows advantage in the Castle Keeper's Guide is states that "This advantage stacks with the high-level illusionist ability
solidify shadows. A spell cast by a high level illusionist with this advantage
can do more than 100% normal damage." However, I cannot find this high level illusionist ability in either the Castle Keeper's Guide nor in the Player's Hand Book. Am I missing it somewhere, or was this a typo from an ability that was removed from the book and not cottected under this particular entry?

Any word on this or on Amazing Adventures? I thought I recall someone saying the Amazing Adventures was on track for a Gencon release? Did I miss it? Is it out?

Mighty Troll Lords! I am running 2 games (uh...I am the only person dong so; Hello!) on the grid at GenCon. One on Thursday and the other on Saturday. I would like to have some kind of Troll Lord artifact or trinket to award heroic deeds with. Can you grant such a request?

I am completely new to C&C, but very excited from what I have been able to see so far. In light of that, I really want to support it. I assume purchasing direct from TLG is the most profitable way to show said support as it cuts out the middle man, but I wanted to make sure before I placed an order. Obviously, the C&C Bundle looks like one heck of a deal and I am very much looking forward to getting a full-color PHB when they are released. Thanks!

Let's put it this way: My 7-year old grandson had NO difficulty grasping the Siege Injun, and - with no rulebook or anything - wrote a one-level dungeon adventure and ran me through it the following week after having been introduced to the concept of role playing without a television or a console. (Or, Heaven help us! - electronic nunchuks!)

I'm not worried about grasping the system, just wondering if the best place to purchase the books was from TLG themselves or is anywhere ok? I just want to support this system. Oh, and I'm in San Angelo 1st Ward in the Abilene, Texas Stake, MormonYoYoMan!

Cutting out the middle man in any business certainly gives more profit to said business. But, I'll add that TLG has exceptional customer service. That in itself is one of the reasons I buy direct from TLG.

New to C&C (4th printing that is), just ordered a load of things from the TLG Store. How long does it usually take for an to order ship once it hits the "processing" stage?

Edit: Just realized it made me sound completely new to C&C. Been playing it for a while but haven't seen updated rules.

Have no idea, but I'm going to take advantage of the resurrected thread to point out that buying (Through off the shelf or ordering through...) from your FLGS would make them more inclined to stock TLG products. Which is always a good thing to expand the fan base.
