Excellent points about volunteers.

Perhpas Steve,

You could set up a fan based thing much like the WHFRPG folks have.

Rather than a bunch of PM being sent, maybe you could have a forum or database you can refer to at times.

Access can get you much useful summarized data.

I could set up a database for you but I only volunteer for little old ladies, and hot gimmick models!

Seriously though....an Access database I can do for you...as others can I am sure.
