Question on 4th Printing PHB Character Sheet

What does TN mean next to MOD (Modifier) in the Attribute section?
I'd assume "Temporary Number" a la "Temporary Modifier", but that doesn't seem to jive with the Attribute Check equation that seems to line up specifically to pick up that "box" for the CC (Challenge Class).
"Total Number"??

Target Number. This refers to the 12 (for prime attributes) or the 18 (secondary attributes) needed as a base target number for Siege checks.

Oh good grief!! That easy!? Actually, I always wanted that block for the previous character sheets. Here it is, and I didn't even "get" it!! =)
So this, on the character sheet, will always be a 12 or 18...no summation on the actual character sheet, but the CK will make that determination himself based on the situation, difficulty, etc.?

In other documents, it is referred to as the Challenge Base.

You're welcome Lee. I should note that even though the TN should be listed as CB (Challange Base), others have used that area for other reasons, things like total bonuses, etc. Though the 12/18 thing is what it is suposed to be for.
It would do the Trolls well to relabel that area CB.
