Beyond the CKG II -- Armaments

Post by serleran »

As with the last file, this will be up for 99 days. If it seems no one cares, I will rip it down early. It may also be extended if it appears that there is some interest.

Anyway, some new armors, and since I cannot attach it to the post, you need to

Download directly.

Those are some cool armors, in particular the Aztec armor and however the heck you pronounce its name.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Thanks! Since my overall Campaign takes place across a wide range of cultures and historical/technological periods, work like this (and your PDF on helmets) is especially useful to me.

The closest I can come to understanding the proper pronunciation in Nahuatl for the name of that armor is something like this...

"Eek ka whip ee ELLE ee" where EE is a long E in English and ELLE is a long L sound (as in the name of the letter) but this is a guess due to the unusual spelling and that H in the original language sometimes means a glottal stop and other times means a W sound.

More great stuff.

I'm sure it's the history major in me, coupled with reading of same whether fiction or non + RPGs.

Cool!
