PHB 4th & M&T 3rd in the UK?

SO, looking around, the hardcover printings of the PHB's 4th printing and M&T's 3rd printing don't seem to be available in the UK (out of stock?). Anyone know what's happening on that front? Are they sold out and is there any news on new printings?
