As promised, the last section for now and then getting into weapon-related subjects such as materials and modifiers (weapon vs. AC) and so forth. Please let me know if this is worth the effort...

Dammit man...what happened to "99 days?" Did you not get enough feedback?

I've been kind of here and not here these past couple months. I'm hoping to be back and more active again. I'd like to take a look at your work, sir, if you wouldn't mind putting it back up for me to peruse. I'm assuming there's a "Beyond the CKG" I-V?

Indeed there is a "Beyond the CKG I-V" which covers various equipment of the armor and weapon type. I did not pull them due to lack of feedback, directly, as I have come to expect no or little commentary. No, they were taken down due to lack of any interest in downloading them. The first three peaked at around 40 separate views; the last two at an average of 10. I see no point to provide them if no one wants to get them.

Good thing you don't have to pedal that stationary bike/generator to provide power to the server anymore, Serl.

Merci beaucoup, mon ami . . tres bien!

The PDF is tres magnifique . . 'course arbalesters vary so much - well like many weapons. But a great job, sir.

Thanks again, brother from another planet.

[Heh, serle remember the Latin quotes thread that we had going a few years back on the "not oldest" forum (meaning the last one)? Twas a kicker and hilarious, IMO.

Aye, I do. We should start another.

As for the weapons... yeah there tends to be a lot of variance amongst the same type. I went with a "typical example" or one which could be easily verified. Some, I just had to take some license with as they cover far too many cultures and times, using a generic description instead. Oh well, glad it sees use.

I will send it to anyone who asks. But, this project is on hold. I've got bigger TLG fish to fry.

No, I have not yet received a copy of Fields of Battle so the glorious desire to write a random scenario generator is on hold.
