Incorporeal Touch -- Touch AC?
Ok, so in 3.5/Pathfinder an incorporeal creature can hit a PC by successfully hitting the touch AC. Is that how it works in C&C? If so, where is that in the rules?

I don't remember seeing it in the rules explicitly.
Good thing about C&C is the spirit of it puts decisions like the back in the CK's hands- it is whatever you think is coolest/most fair.
Personally I think that kind of bizzo would put the fright back into my PC's, always a GOOD thing when using the undead.

Re: Incorporeal Touch -- Touch AC?
I thought I did stumble across it in the rules, that yes, incorporeal creatures use a touch attack base 10 modified by DEX bonus and any magical protection worn.
I'll try to find the passage on this later today.
edit: Examining the standard creatures that are known to be incorporeal, such as the allip, ghost, shadow, spectre, wraith, and banshee, each specifically refers to a touch attack...the exception being the wraith which merely infers such in the text. Since this is called out as a touch attack in the description, the rules for Touch Attacks on page 131 of the 4th print PHB would be applied.
Also in the fluff, it is noted that these creatures can pass through solid objects to make their attack. This would infer that armor is useless and only magical bonuses of armor might be attributed to the AC of the character where any ambiguity in their method of attack may present itself.

Awsome, thats how would have done it, but I did not see it in plain English. There may be a few things in the rules left to "be already understood".
Thank you! The spectre in my dungeon thanks you!
