Anyone know if these are Hardcover?

I would wager that the PHB and M&T would be hardcover, while the module is softcover.

I am amassing a large order from my group (recent converts to C&C). I assume we'll get a copy of Halfling Hall for each PH/M&T combo in the order, right?
