Aside from all this CKG talk... is your name a reference to a one-time keyboardist who has sadly passed away?
It is. There are rumors of his demise, but no one has been able to prove it. He may have formed a band in 1992 called the Viv Savage Experience. But there is, once again, no proof of this.

Steve gets several hundred emails a day, so sometimes he takes a bit to answer. The other option is to pick up the phone and call the office 501- 680 6597 during the week days (9-5). Its virtually impossible to reach Steve on the weekends. :)

I wrote the first email more than a week ago, before reading this thread (using the store "contact us" form), and than I wrote another email using the address indicated by Steve 5 days ago :( A phone call is really not an option for me, because I live in Italy and international calls cost me too much.

Anyway, I'll wait patiently...

Some times a private message (i.e., the "PM" button) via the forums works well.

I recently ordered a perfect bound copy of the CKG from TLG and while I have enjoyed it very much, I find it very hard to read. I think it is a combination of the print quality and the poor 'brightness' of the paper. My copies of the PH and M&T do have this issue. They both have darker print and brighter paper.

My copy was also damaged in shipping but I blame the post office for that one! :)
