Slag Heap Advice...*spoilers*

So, my players have been sneaking around the Slag Heap, they killed off all the harpies and made friends with the sprites and fae. When they found that the "evil" gnomes were eating sprites, they left them to fae justice (which is to say there was a fire.) They cleared out the ghouls and finally confronted Seroneous and after a near TPK, put an end to him. Now they did this all very stealthily so they haven't really stirred up notice, but then they decided to go back to Botkinburg to heal up, sell treasure, etc. They're going to head back to handle Froithmot...

So, Froithmot will be prepared and I'm sure there will be more patrols on the way into Slag Heap, especially because they cleared out Dreddstun as well. I was wondering about a nasty surprise such as a zombified Seroneous...or maybe a raised from dead and very angry Seroneous and some children. However, I wonder if it wouldn't be more likely that the Slag Heap would be abandoned and they would have to resort to searching the Black Ridge for Froithmot....maybe both though (something nasty left by Froithmot in case they do return.)

I haven't read the next module yet, so I wonder if I should consider something else to ease the transition into the next module...

They have a bit of background of Miles and believe he is heir to the Ludensheim, and they suspect heavily Ludensheim's involvement in the Red Caps. I think that covers most things for A2 and outside of Froithmot, they're probably ready to move on to A3. They've all reached 3rd or 4th level (is this about right, am I being stingy, too nice?)

Man, wish i could sound off for ya, but I have not run the module, yet...though I have purchased it. It seems like a very fun, challanging module. Has it been for your party?

Hey Obatron, is your game in Erde (or Aihrde)?

If so, where does this adventure take place in Aihrde? If not, maybe someone else who has run the module can answer that (don't have my copy on me).

It has been fun...there's a lot that we didn't exploit (they've only superficially thought of the politics pieces, they're more a might makes right sort of group.)

The Blacktooth Ridge area is south of Aufstrag on the eastern continent of the "Cradle of the World", Aenochia. The nation it's part of is known as New Aenochia; the region is sometimes called the Outremere in various Airdhe materials.
