Elven Chain armour M&T Errata

Eleven Chain (mithral) armour in M&T is listed as having +4 armour bonus. Per rules Mithral armour gives +5 bonus...

Also, spelling in M&T uses "mithril" & mithral". Should stick to one spelling.
Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill
