A C&C home made screen insert in landscape

I have one of those customizable DM screens for RPG's and I was wondering if anyone has any DM screen information for C&C done in a landscape configuration?

Here's one I put together using Word and Excel. It has a few house "tweaks" to some of the rules.

That looks a little like mine, especially the "Combat Manuevers" section.

I'm away from my books at the moment, but I think there were one or two things on the combat maneuver section that I altered slightly.
