Questions about "holiday hours" for orders@trolllord.com

I had a problem with an order that came in the mail the Thursday before Christmas. I emailed
orders@trolllord.com right away. But I haven't heard back yet. I assume the folks at Troll Lord Games are just taking a well deserved holiday break. Does anyone know when they resume from the holidays?

I couldnt get Steve on the phone, so Ill bet itll be mid next week before he is back at the office.

Troll Lord Games will close for the holidays tomorrow (Dec 22) afternoon and we won't be clocking back in until January 2, 2012. This is the first time we've ever taken a week off...and by we I mean me; Davis and Mark will be running the print shop but emails/phones/etc will be all turned off...and by turned off I mean just ignored.

If I can get a hold of Steve and bring this to his attention, I will. Although even I might not have any luck if he's determined to enjoy his well earned vacation.

Steve got up with me over the holidays shortly after I made the above post and has promised to take care of the problem. I feel a little chagrined as I didn't mean to distract him from a vacation, just wanted to know when it was over. However he deffinetly earns some praise from me for being responsive and accomodating. Deffinetly good customer service.
