Re: Kindle Versions Are Great!
The big thing I like with the Kindle edition is that when I'm writing adventures, I can keep the word processor window open on half the screen, and have the Kindle PC app running on the other half of the screen. The lack of artwork in the middle of the text makes the text that much more readable, and I'm not spending loads of time flipping through books. If I want OG&M or M&TofA, that's a different story, but for the PH and M&T, it's turned into a very convenient tool. If I'm going to just read the stuff, I prefer the old-fashioned format where I can savor the artwork. I don't necessarily care for the books on the e-reader, but the PC app is really nice.
Re: Kindle Versions Are Great!
Sorry, but I don't really need pictures in my books when I'm looking up something on a tablet / e-device. In fact, having the pictures jutted to the end may actually be even better, especially for modules where I would probably prefer to have the maps and whatnot more readily available rather than chopping up text. Of course, tables and the like may be annoying that way, but honestly, I've not bothered to read a RPG work on the Kindle Fire since I really have no need for it.
I suppose the progress of being a non-Luddite only reinforces the desire to remain one.

For those that have used the Kindle version, how easy is it to navigate through? For example, when you want to just reference a particular subject, how quickly can you jump to that page? I'm just beginning to learn to use mine, so I haven't figured this out yet.

It depends if the author or publisher has created an interactive contents page or index, or not.ShadowStalker wrote:For those that have used the Kindle version, how easy is it to navigate through?
