I'm looking for a table

To be precise I'm lazy and I'm looking for a table that does all the math for me on Prime and Secondary rolls.
I was wondering if there was a pdf out there with tables made up adding The DCs for you.

Switch to base 18 with a +6 for primes. Then you only have to add for one number rather than two with 12/18.

what does that mean?
Example: Two different characters, one with CON as a prime attribute and one with CON as a secondary attribute, are both bitten by a 2 HD poisonous snake. The CK needs to add 2 (the HD of the snake) to both 12 (12+2=14) and 18 (2+18=20) to know what is needed for each character to make a successful save.

Instead of doing this, the CK can always start with a base of 18 for all rolls, whether they are primary or secondary - in the above case, 20. Only now, the player with CON as a primary can add 6 to all his CON rolls (plus any other applicable bonuses). The math is the same. Since you don't need to do the math for both situations, it's quicker and easier. Thus, a table isn't really necessary.

I whipped up something on Excel that will hopefully help. You have to input the character's level, whether or not the checked attribute is Prime, and what the die roll result was. The table will do the rest. Let me know what you think!

Ah thanks. That is certainly nice. Though I have to say I like just adding 6. I'm even thinking to making it +5 instead to make it even more simple done by head.
