A question I might have asked before...

Off the top of my head I cannot remember. Anywho, I was wondering if anyone has tried/know if the 3.5 spells are easy to convert to C&C, and if so, what are things I should be thinking about when I do it?

I converted almost all the SRD spells. They are in my Companion. Although they could use another once over, because I'm pretty sure there's some 3e specific stuff still lingering in them. You can refer to the Conversion section in the Companion to see the methods I used to convert them.

But how is this a conversion? it lists paladin and ranger spells and
I might be wrong, but aren't most of the ones in the player's handbook also in C&C?

The paladin, ranger, and bard spells are for the spellcasting paladin, ranger, and bards in the Alternate Class Abilities section.

There are lots of spells missing.

ah I see. I'll have to look the spells over. I want more spells! I really like the ones in the Spell Compendium for 3.5

If you don't own it yet, you should purchase The Black Libram. There are quit a few spells therein.

It is not hard to convert a spell to C&C, although, one concern is often casting time as C&C tends to have all spells with 1 round. A spell that grants a bonus, especially from a d20 source, should likely have that modifier cut in half (or more).
