When halving the XP for the supporting class, do I round the result up or down? >.>

Your call as the CK, one XP here or there isn't so big a deal. Or if you want to be precise, on every odd level, round down, on even levels round up (or the opposite).

Huh, good way of thinking! >.>

I think I'd round it down though, if there's no 'official' take on that.

If the player is short 1 XP on his character, do the correct thing as CK and say NO! Round up. Your players must respect the power of the CK.

+1 to this. In general, however (barring a dickish 1xp shortage) the FRPG Rule of Thumb is to round down (drop fractions). There are exceptions, of course, but I've always used the "When in doubt, round down rule."
