Touch AC?

Where in the PHB does it talk about Touch AC? The spell acid arrow mentions it. I can easily apply the 3e rule on it, but wanted to find it in the PHB.

Touch Attack is described on page 117, on the right on top of SITUATIONAL MODIFIERS, right after Grappling, Pummeling and Overbearing description.

It's the same as 3ed. 10 + DEX Mod + MISC Mod (items, spells,etc)

Same as every other edition, in fact. Except, in other editions, the + was usually a minus, since lower was better.

Kinda make me wish we had a hypertext "SRD" version like the d20 one online - can save a person sooo much time...
