Does the TLG store front no longer work?

I am trying to order a couple of products, but I can't even sign in. It won't recognize my password, and when I requested a new password the e-mail has yet to show up even though it said it was sent successfully, and its been over half an hour. Yes, I've been checking my Spam folder.

I seem to be having the same problem. I haven't tried requesting a new password yet, but I'll try after I pick up the Mrs. from work.

Is this a recent thing? I just ordered two modules last week and the order went through fine. Got my modules last Wednesday.

It doesn't even recognize my email when I request a new password, as if I don't have an account at all. I almost certain I have one, though.

At least it recognized my e-mail. Still no new password link.

The "reset password" issue has been around for at least a year. I've e-mailed Brian & Steve about it several times; in the end, Steve had to wipe and reset my account.

Thankfully, with the new store opening,
https://www.trolllord.com/tlgstore this should no longer be an issue. I've tested and retested the lost password thing on the new site and it works. Phew!
