Does the PRIMEVAL INSTINCTS bonus stack?

Subject kindof says it all, but, here's my question:
Does the +4 bonus provided by PRIMEVAL INSTINCTS stack with other attribute modifiers?

Yes, you add it on top of any mod for the physical attribute check. If it is a Str check and the barbarian has a +1, the total for that check is +5. Read carefully when and when one can and cannot use the +4 though...

I don't even bother with the bonus. I just allow the barbie one physical attribute check per day that can be automatically successfully.
