From what I have heard, FF's work is top notch. I have heard great things about his Black Moon Chronicles material but, as they are in French I don't see myself reading them soon.

I don't have much desire for an OA, or a lot of other "redo's" that have been done in D20. Thats because I find it so easy to convert D20 to C&C now, so I'd use D20 Rokugan or Kaiden as my "Oriental Adventures". Pretty sure there is a D20 Chinese setting out there too.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Thing is, per EGG himself, what we was released in 1985 as "OA" was not what EGG planned for OA. Thus, I'd like to see FF's OA instead of Zeb Cook's 1985 OA or James Wyatt's 2001 OA.

Google's Translate allowed me to read some stuff online, just over a week or so ago. It was mostly forums, IIRC (as the comics I'd found were not translatable since they're jpg's instead of text), but it was easy to get lost in the reading, that's for sure.

I'd like to see a thoroughly edited, error free hard copy of Rune Lore.

I find this idea quite interesting with regard to the detailed stats, equipment, descriptions, and histories of the PCs created and run by folks like Steve C., Davis C., Peter Bradley, et.al.

I think I remember reading in one of the Troll Tusk emails from last year that an Oriental Adventures type product was in the works. It was being written by Bill DeFranza (relaxo).

Anyone interested in spell decks which include all the spells from all the C&C books (PHB, Codex Celtarum, Gods & Monsters, etc.)? Or maybe a spell compendium?

I'll have to look around for D20 Rokugan (never heard of Kaiden so not sure on that). If there is a China setting, point it my way when you find it (berried in that 5 book shelves you have stuffed with RPG goodness) ;)

This idea just resurfaced in my mind.

Is anyone other than kreider204 and Ye Olde Zombie Master interested in a C&C Rogues Gallery?

*raises hand* Would love to see a series of characters described in minute detail with pics, stats, weapons, etc. Then, have an entire section devoted to "generic" stats for all types of class-based enemies (level 1 rogues, level 3 fighters, level 7 monks, level 11 wizards, etc).

Its more like 17 shelves of rpg goodness...

The only Chinese based RPG I know of off the top of my head is Qin: The Warring States, but it isn't D20, so I would have to look.

I finally found the D20 China resource I was trying to remember:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/JADE-AND-STEEL- ... 232eecf431

The company, I think, is the one who quickly got a bad rep for having over powered material, and got in trouble for OGL violations. Still, most of the material is very usable, and any experienced GM can easily fix anything too out of whack.

I'd love to see the Troll Lords re-publish Necromancer's Wilderlands of High Fantasy boxed set (fully converted to C&C of course). Having Erol Otus do all the illustrations would be a bonus.

Cool idea, but highly unlikely. JG is tied up forever as far as I am concerned. I spoke to Bob II at GenCon. He is not very excited about doing much of anything as far as I can tell. He told me he likes what he sees at Paizo. That concerns me. Paizo serves a very pro-programmed adventure path series kind of gamer. Not sure Paizo/Pathfinder is a good fit for JG material. How many rewrites can you do?

It would be cool if TLG could pick it up and write new material in the Wilderlands.

Yeah, I don't see the Trolls ever doing the Wilderlands. I loved it the short while James was doing/publishing his AWESOME C&C Wilderlands material, but unfortunately it didn't sell nearly well enough to enable him to keep doing it. I've been gobbling up every unpublished morsel he has posted to the Wilderlands G+ community.

Personally I am not interested in anything being "redone" by the Trolls, with regards to the Wilderlands. With the exception of a full set of full color Peter Bradley Wilderlands maps. I'd snatch up several copies of that in a heart beat. I have all the original material I am interested in having, even recently got a second set of all the maps. Plus I bought all the stuff reprinted for 3E, and even have 2 or 3 copies of the Necromancer Games Wilderlands boxed set. No, I am not selling any of them. Sorry.

So I am far more interested in completely new material like James did, or Rob Conley has done for his "Majestic Wilderlands".

Still, considering how little I have seen done by Bob Jr since Bob Sr died, I am not holding my breathe for anything.

Ditto. No more rewrites. Lets get new material. The only thing Bob II indicated that he was working on was Tegel Manor II. Yawn. I bet there are more than one author who would write new material, material the fans would enjoy. Let's move forward and stop rewriting.

Well, new maps would be cool.

Such as Necromancer Games had a pretty much complete rewrite of Tegal Manor already done. I forget who did it, but it was the Necro board member who lives over in Europe and had posted several cool adventures he had written for free. You remember his name? I believe we were both on the boards at the same time he was.

Edit: As for new maps, I was DROOLING over the nice big vinyl map Bill Webb wanted to do for Tegal Manor (Got to see what he wanted to do at Gen Con 2006, or was it 2009?). Seriously bummed that it never happened just because of that.
