Not to mention, how often will the PC role a nat 1. Every time they throw the dice They only have a 5% chance of rolling a 1. I'd drop the per day thing. The power is a nice addition, but with a 5% chance of activation, I would hardly consider it a gimmie.

My Fumble house rules allow for anyone to make a DEX check to make it a simple "miss" rather than suffer anything worse, usually going to "Prone" and having a +5 to be hit until their initiative on the next round. As well as not receive any DEX bonus to AC. Usually at a CL of 0.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

Or at least something that was accidently left in. Having no idea what it is beyond proficiencies, i have com up with a "purpose" for it. Though I have not got to beta it, I plan to use it as such: So skilled is the knight with his knightly weapon, he finds success where others find failure. Select a weapon. If a knight rolls a natural 1 on an attack roll, when using his selected weapon, it does not count as an automatic failure.

Here I am at an impass. I was thinking it could then do 1 of 2 things:
1. Nothing, it just affordsthe knight a chance to hit even though he rolled a 1 (he'll probably still miss as a roll of 1 plus modifiers won't be enough to hit anything beyond the weakest of foes).
2. The knight may reroll the attack. This ability may be used a number of times per day equal to his charisma modifier.

Comments?
That sounds pretty neat. I might say he could use it once per day with increased numbers of usage being granted at certain levels. Charisma doesn't quite feel right as an attribute to modify their weapon misses.
