There's no level notification for the monk's abilities Catch Weapon in Castles Keeper's Guide p.20
Is it a 16th or 17th level abilities ?

The way it's written and the ability descriptions progressed, I'd say it was also obtained at 15th level with the other ability.

Is there an errata PDF for CKG ?
Cause there's an error on EPP progression for Paladin. Level 13 is at 1250001 and in PHB level 12 is at 1300000.

No. I started an errata thread for the CKG about 1 year ago when I found the carrying capacity tables were all but useless. I never got feedback from the Trolls on the thread itself.

Arduin, I corresponded with Troll a time or two regarding many things. Sometime back I briefly mentioned talk about the wagon capacity tables. I also sent word recently (prior to the official thread phb 6) about errata and clarifications being discussed on the boards. Looks like Stephen is trying to address some concerns in advance of phb 6. 
Seems like one of his posts said ckg would be discussed in the near future. I'm not speaking for TLG, but I would go ahead and prepare your notes regarding needed clarifications and errata in the ckg. Concisely presenting your concerns about the wagon capacities would be a good thing when the time comes for the inevitable release of ckg 2nd printing. One of Stephen's forum posts seemed to indicate that new printings of all three books are on the horizon.

It is in a thread titled CKG errata (or the like). Details in carrying capacity were also given to the person who wrote those rules in the CKG. So, the Trolls have the details.
