Green Ronin's Psychic's Handbook with C&C?

Post by Dragonhelm »

How well would the Psychic's Handbook work with C&C? I'm already using a modified 3.5 skill system. Just wondering if I could manage it without too many tweaks.

It depends on how you're handling the bonus feats and skill bonuses that PrC's give PCs in your C&C game.

I would just stat up different "classes" of Psychic to offer different power frame works for players. C&C doesn't seem to keen on players getting a choice of what to pick for class abilities.

I love Green Ronin's Psychic system... IMO it's the best system out there, superior to the core Psionics system. The only complaint I have with it is the virtually limitless range, but that's easily house ruled.

The system from this book will be the core of the psychic system in the Wilderlands of High Adventure, and a C&C-version of the system will be the basis for the Psychic Powers & Perils of the Wilderlands of High Adventure book... when that gets published, eventually.

If this and the CKG are good reads, I think C&C might become my favorite system.

Very, very cool.

I agree about the GR Psychic system. Not only are the rules pretty solid, but they have just the right feel, in my opinion... i.e. both the fluff and crunch is great.
