Granted Abilites Of Gods & Monsters

I do not have access to my Of Gods and Monsters book. It seems like you had to be 4th level or so to qualify for most granted abilities. Anyone know for sure?

It's all over the map. From no class levels to 5th+ A lot of the Egyptian ones had no class level requirement..
Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill
