I'm partial to the sand-with-map-background of the 3rd printing and the 4th printing logo (or whatever you call how the "Castles & Crusades" is designed). The M&ToA style is really good, too, though!
LD's C&C creations - CL Checker, a witch class, the half-ogre, skills, and 0-level rules

Yeah, in retrospect, the 2nd printing Players Handbook would be my favorite, the above my second.
