MS Word version of C&C Cheat sheet?
MS Word version of C&C Cheat sheet?
I'm working on a set of house rules for a new campaign with mostly new players, and it occurred to me that it would be great to be able to customize the C&C cheat sheet to my game. Does anyone know who created it, or have a word version of it that I could get?
Well, since I'm the guy who put the current version of the cheat sheet together, I suppose you could ask me. Please note, the PDF is text selectable, so you could copy the text that way.

Hi! Nice to meet you. Your website is great, thanks for the resources. I was hoping to get an MS Word version of the cheat sheet so I could keep the excellent and beginner friendly formatting you've done. I'm playing a game with all beginners, so the easier and prettier I can make things for them the better. My email is snowden11 at gmail dot com, if you're into it. If not, no problem, and thanks for everything you've already made!
I want to make something similar to it with my house rules. I'm going to use 3e weapons, as the Simple/Martial classification makes more sense to me than the C&C one, so I was going to sub that in, which means changing the classes. Also, I'd like to narrow down racial abilities. I feel like new players will get confused with the smorgasboard of abilities each class gets. I want to simplify those.
My goal is to have one reference document in addition to the C&C players book, so players don't have to wonder which book to look in for what thing. They'll have it all there on one sheet.

Just make sure you plaster the OGL somewhere in your house rules, with proper credit, and you're gonna do just fine. I'll have the doc in your email shortly.
