Just for fun I have written up Beowulf as a 20th level Fighter, using my C&C house rules. Note that this character does not wield any magical items.

----------------------

Beowulf (Human Fighter Level 20)
Stats:

[quote]Code:

Primes:

STR: Beowulfs mighty muscles are as great and strong as mens come, but they have also been trained. Few men (even among the strong) could have escaped the crushing grip of the Grendal.

CON: Many winters slogging through ice and snow covered fields while wearing a full suit of iron chain and iron weapons have trained Beowulfs endurance to heights which few men possess.

CHR: Beowulf is without fear in the face of even the mightiest beasts, and is a great leader of men.
Fighter:

Weapon Specialization (Battleaxe): +3 BtH with the Battleaxe, +1 step on the WDAT.

Fighting Style (Reaver): 6 attacks / round vs. opponents with 3 or fewer HD of D12 or less.

Extra Attack: 2 attacks / round vs. mighty opponents
Basic Attributes:

HD: 11d10+50

Hit Points: 127

BtH/BtAC: +20

AC (with Shield): 33
Equipment:

Armor: Full Chain Suit [iron] DR 1d6+1, EV 6

Shield: Large Round Shield [iron] (+3 BtAC), EV 3

[quote]Code:

All weapons are forged of iron.
Background & Skills:

Lordship [CHR] +4

Seamanship [WIS] +4

Survival (the icy north) [WIS] +5

Looks good

You referance fighting style.....? Is it a house rule or I just missing somethin. I do like the idea of diferent style/school of fighting but have never worked out a good easy way to do it.

Yes, "Fighting Style" is a house rule. A Fighter chooses their Fighting Style at 4th level. The "Reaver" figthing style (which Beowulf has) is basically just a tweak of Combat Dominance. I also have fighting styles for a "Dual Wielder" character an Archer.

All house rules can be found by following the link in the sig.

Good stuff & thanks

An Okie is a poor fool from the back woods of Oklahoma, more specifically NE Ok. Well that is what it means in reference to me any way.
