Two questions actually:

1. Is the PDF on RPGNow for the 2nd Print?

2. If not, will there be a 2nd print PDF released and if I purchase from RPGNow, will I be able to get the updated PDF free of charge?

There will be a 2nd print pdf released, after the new printing hardback has been out for a while. Usually its just a matter of updating the file, then if you have the key for the old download, you should be able to redownload. Although, I am not sure if thats the plan.
