Hrm...well, looking at this closer, I think it can be done on the fly. Basically, there are some transmuted kobolds in there. But it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Never mind! Game in about an hour! Wish me luck.

It went okay. I had two kids playing, who weren't all that interested. Had another group at the shop who were LOUD. Conversion wasn't really all that hard. I did it on the fly. Still, sorta so-so game, particularly since the shop was closing and we didn't finish the module.
